EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY, JUNE 3, 199]
Members Present: Mayor Tralle, Councilmembers Holmgren Schuldt and Dietz
Members Absent: Councilmember Kropuenske
Staff Present: Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Sandra Thackeray, City
Clerk; Lori .Tohnson, Finance Director
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Tralle called the meeting of
the Executive Session of the City Council to order at 10:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Pol ice Union negotiations for the
1991-92 Police Union Contract. It was noted that negotiations may end up in
arbitration.
After discussion it was the consensus of the City Council to authorize the
City Admi n i strator to put together a package for the Police Union Contract
within the parameters discussed at this meeting.

EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE
MaTTON. THE MaTTON CARRTED 4-0.
The meeting of the executive session of the City council adjourned at 11:10
p.m.
