Mayor Tralle called the meeting to order at 9:02 p.m.
The purpose of the closed meeting of the Elk River City Council was to
discuss Police Union negotiations for the 1991-92 Police Union Contract.
COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ
SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRI~D 5-0.
The closed meeting of the Elk River City Council adjourned at 9:55 p.m.
