EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 1991

The Executive Session of the Elk River City Council was called to order by
Mayor Tralle at approximately 9:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting was t.o discuss the upcoming pol ice arbi tration
head ng scheduled for 12/19/91. The City Council indicated that its last
offer from September, 1991, would be valid until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday,
December 12, 1991.
There being no further business, the City Council adjourned its Executive
Session and reconvened as the City Council at approximately 9:20 p.OI.
