NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority may
be attending an informational meeting for developers at City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway on March
23, 2018, from Noon to 1:30 p.m. regarding the Downtown Redevelopment Project A quorum of
the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority may attend the meeting; however, they will
not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
at this informational meeting.
