Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the Davis Darrow Meyer American Legion
Post 112 for June 8 and 9, 2018, with the condition alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a
fence with secured, controlled access and limited to the beer garden and grandstand areas. Age
verification is required and wrist band control is recommended.
Background/Discussion
The Davis Darrow Meyer American Legion Post 112 applied for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License
for a tractor pull scheduled Friday, June 8 and Saturday, June 9, 2018, at the Sherburne County
Fairgrounds.
