Mr, King has made application for a transient merchant license to sell plants and trees from
the Wash-N-Fill Express parking lot located on the comer of Highway 169 and Main Street,
The sale dates are weekends from April-October 2005, Mr, King has received written
permission from the property owner, The Police Department completed a successful
background check.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Mr, King to sell plants and trees
from the Wash-N-Fill Express parking lot,
