I, Robert Kluntz, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the
United States, the Constitution of the State of Minnesota, the laws and statutes of
the State of Minnesota, and the ordinances of the City of Elk River, and that I will
faithfully execute and discharge the duties of the office of Police Captain for the
City of Elk River, according to law and to the best of my ability and
understanding.
