The 2018 Flexible Benefits Plan was approved by the City Council on November 6, 2017. Resolution
number 17-81, 2018 Compensation Plan, was approved by the City Council on December 18, 2017.
When the city contribution numbers were transferred from the 2018 Flexible Benefits Plan into the 2018

the amounts from the approved 2018 Flexible Benefits Plan.
The correction for item 16 under Insurance Benefits should read:
Employees eligible for insurance benefits are eligible for participation in the city's Flexible Benefits
Plan. The contribution levels shall be as follows:
Health Insurance Election Monthlty Contribution
Single $590.00
Employee & Child(ren) $1,080.00

Financial Impact
The city contribution amount design is based upon the annual total budgeted amount for the Flexible
Benefits Plan. As such, this correction should have no impact on the budget.
