Approve,by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the Davis Darrow Meyer American Legion
Post 112 for July 19-22, 2018,with the following conditions:
1. Alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with secured, controlled access and
limited to the beer garden and grandstand. Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 and over.
2. Applicant must contact the Sherburne County Sheriff's Office to arrange for security needs.
Background/Discussion
The Davis Darrow Meyer American Legion Post 112 applied for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License
for the Sherburne County Fair scheduled Friday,July 19 through Sunday,July 22, 2018, at the Sherburne
County Fairgrounds.
