Background/Discussion
Jackson Hills Residential Suites Update
Planning Commission reviewed the proposal and found the development to be consistent with the
Comprehensive Plan and the Mississippi Connections Plan. The public hearing for Jackson Hills is
scheduled for 6 p.m.,Monday,April 16, 2018.
Main and Gates Redevelopment Project
Staff continues to negotiate with the owners of the two properties along Main Street.
