Reviewed the Rules And Procedure document. Special discussion was paid to the Conflict of Interest section. Discussed potential MPA/MnAPA involvement. The MPA has a seminar in Willmar on April 14. Reviewed 1992 Goals as follows: Goal: Visit other surrounding communities Planning Commissions. Status: Partially completed. Several members attended other meetings. Goal: Along with City Council, improve communications to the public. Status: Continually addressing this issue. However, agendas of upcoming meetings are posted around the community. Goal: Arrange 2 joint meetings with City Council Status: Had 1 meeting.
