SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST TO
ALLOW THE SALE OF TRUCK BOXES IN
A C3 ZONE BY METRO TRUCK EQUIP. /
PUBLIC HEARING, CASE NO. CU 93-14
The Planning Commission opened the public hearing on this
request at their May 25, 1993, meeting and continued the
request to the June 22 , 1993, allowing the applicant time to
provide further information. The applicant has retained the
services of an engineer, however, the site plan will not be
complete before the June meeting. Staff recommends this issue
is continued again until the Planning Commission' s July 27
meeting to be held at Elk River City Hall beginning at 7 p.m.
