SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST

The Planning Commission continued this item at two previous
Planning Commission meetings because of an incomplete
application.
I recently had a conversation with Mr. Weicht relative to the
status of this proposed project. Apparently, Mr. Weicht ' s
option agreement with the property owner has expired;
therefore, without the "fee owners" consent this application is
no longer valid.
Staff recommends the Planning Commission recommend denial of
the conditional use permit request based on an incomplete and
invalid application.
