ANALYSIS
This application has been tabled at two previous Planning Commission
meetings due to the lack of information submitted by the applicant. Upon
further review by the applicant of the ground water conditions on the
property, it was determined that the plat, as originally prepared, is not
feasible at this time. The applicant is requesting the preliminary plat
request be withdrawn and a revised plat will be submitted in the near future.

RE COMMENDATION
It is recommended the Planning Commission recommend approving Joyce
Mickelson's request to withdraw her preliminary plat application for North
Meadows 2nd Addition and future preliminary plat requests will require a
new application.
