SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY. NOVEMBER 10. 1986

1. The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Mayor Hinkle and the
Council met in special session to canvass the municipal general election
results of the recount for the position of Mayor held on Friday. November
7. 1986 at the Sherburne County Administration Building.
2. Resolution 86-84
COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE RESOLUTION 86-84. A RESOLUTION
CANVASSING THE RECOUNT OF THE NOVEMBER 4. 1986 GENERAL ELECTION RESULTS.
COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0.
There being no further business. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED THAT THE MEETING
BE ADJOURNED. COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED
4-0.
