DISCUSSION:
• Had nine new house services.
• Continue working on collecting data with the GPS for our ArcView maps as time permits.
• Finished rebuilding the overhead line south of 197th Avenue to 190 %2 Lane on the east
side of Highway 169.
• Carr's tree trimming service continues helping out with tree trimming this year to help
get caught up with the areas we acquired from Connexus. We are also tree trimming.
• Finished moving some poles by the new Casey's gas station at 171st Avenue and Yale
Street. We also installed the infrastructure for Casey's and hooked up their temporary
electric service.
• We hooked up the permit service at the Elk River Senior Living building on 183`d Circle.
• We had two single phase transformers that were struck by vehicles; one on Upland
Avenue and the other on Twin Lakes Road. Both incidents caused an outage and resulted
in transformers needing to be replaced.
• Diversified did our annual inspections on the bucket and digger trucks. The inspections
include: Visual/Operational, Magnetic Particle, Dielectric, Load and Acoustic Emission
Testing.
• The City shop does D.O.T.'s for our trucks and trailers. They will be doing these during
March and April.
• Finished with the annual Performance Evaluations for the employees in my department.
