Issue
Mr. Hitchcock has recently provided the City with a letter asking that his
item be tabled until the October 22nd Planning Commission meeting. The
applicant is in the process of working through some title problems with the
property and needs additional time to resolve these before proceeding
forward with the preliminary plat.
• Recommendation
It is recommended that the Planning Commission table Case P 96-10 until
the October 22, 1996 Planning Commission meeting.

This is to.follow up with my phone call in reference to your letter dated September 10,
1996 in regards to our preliminary plat. We are asking.far this matter to he tabled at the
present time. We would like to continue a postponement on this project until we are able
to clear up some title issues and some other details with Mr. Lockwood.
