Hitchcock, Public Hearing Case No.
P 96-10
Issue
Mr. Hitchcock has recently provided the City with a letter asking that his
item be tabled until the November 26th Planning Commission meeting. The
applicant is in the process of working through some title problems and needs
additional time to resolve this issue before proceeding forward with the
preliminary plat.
Recommendation
• It is recommended that the Planning Commission postpone Case No. P 96-10
until the November 26, 1996 Planning Commission meeting.

Please accept this written notice of our intent to continue the "on hold"status regarding
the Island View Fourth Addition preliminary plat. We would like to continue a
postponement on this project until we are able to clear up.some title issues and some
other details with Mr. Lockwood.
