CU 96-25
Holiday Companies is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a motor
vehicle service station at the northeast corner of School Street and Freeport
Avenue. Due to the modifications in the proposed plat as well as the site
plan, Holiday Companies has asked that their item be postponed until the
11/26/96 Planning Commission meeting.
Recommendation
• It is recommended the Planning Commission postpone Case No. CU 96-25
until the November 26, 1996, Planning Commission meeting.

request for a postponement of the Planning Commissions revi-w of the above project.
After initial review by City Staff it has become apparent that certain changes to the
proposed plat and site layout will be necessary. In order to ake these changes we
would respectfully request that our appearance before the P anning Commission be
postponed until November 26, 1996.
