SUBJECT: Request for Preliminary Plat by John
Hitchcock, Public Hearing Case No.
P 96-10
Issue
Mr. Hitchcock has recently provided the City with a letter asking that his
item be postponed until a future meeting. The applicant is in the process of
working through some title problems and needs additional time to resolve
this issue before proceeding forward with the preliminary plat. When staff
receives notice from the developer that they would like to proceed forward,
residents will be renotified and the notice of public hearing will be published
in the paper.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the Planning Commission postpone Case No. P 96-10
until a future Planning Commission meeting.
