SUBJECT: Request for Preliminary Plat
Approval, Good Value Homes,
Public Hearing Case No. P 96-13
Since the November 26, 1996 Planning Commission meeting when this item
was reviewed by the Planning Commission, staff has had the opportunity to
meet with Mr. Peterson from Good Value Homes to discuss the status of
Cherrywood Hills. At this time Mr. Peterson is continuing to review the
issues that were raised by both the Planning Commission and staff regarding
the proposed plat. To allow additional time to consider these issues, Mr.
Peterson has asked that the Cherrywood Hills plat be postponed for another
30 days.
• Recommendation
It is recommended the Planning Commission postpone action on Case No. P
96-13 (Cherrywood Hills) until the February 25, 1997 public hearing
meeting.
