with a group of seniors at the Senior Activity Center, 413 Proctor Avenue NW, Elk River,
Minnesota on Monday, April 16, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. A quorum of the Elk River City Council may
participate in the discussion; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be
taken by the City Council during the discussion.
