Youth Hockey Association Annual Board Meeting, at the Elk River High School, 900 School Street
NW, Elk River, Minnesota on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. A quorum of the Elk River
City Council may attend the board meeting; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no
action will be taken by the City Council during the board meeting.
