SUBJECT: Requests by Elk River Shopping Center
Company and North Memorial Health
Care
It is recommended the Planning Commission call a special meeting for
regular Planning Commission workshop date, June 8, 1999, at 6:30 p.m.,
and, that the following items be postponed until June 8th:
1. Preliminary plat Elk River Plaza 4th Addition,
2. Conditional use permit to amend the Elk River Plaza PUD to allow a
15,000 square foot retail buildings
3. Conditional use permit to amend the Elk River Plaza PUD to allow a
13,000 square foot Class I restaurant and retail space.
4. Conditional use permit to amend the Elk River Plaza PUD to allow a
28,000 square foot medical clinic for North Memorial Health Care.
