Request
Consider a request by the City of Elk River for an amendment to the
Subdivision Ordinance for the creation of Open Space Subdivision
Regulations.
Issue
• This item is being continued. At their November 24, 1998 meeting, the
Planning Commission postponed this item until their December 22, 1998
meeting. This item will be presented to the Council at the February 16, 1999
meeting.
