MINUTES OF THE PROPOSED USE HEARING
FOR FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, 1986
1. The Administrative Hearing on the proposed use of 1986 Federal Revenue
Sharing Funds for the City of Elk River was opened at 2:30 p.m. on
October 18, 1985.
Present: Tom Bublitz, City Administrator and Finance Director, Lori Johnson
The City Administrator reviewed the City's estimated allocation for Federal
Revenue Sharing for 1986 which totaled $36,159. The Administrator noted
that in the past, the City had committed, Federal Revenue Funds for the
operating budget in the Police Department and Street Department.
No one was present at the Administrative public hearing and the hearing was
left open until 3:00 p.m. No one appeared to speak at the public hearing
and the City Administrator closed the public hearing and adjourned the
meeting at 3:00 p.m.
