Update
Inspection Update
Attached for your review, is a copy of the Planning Departments Conditional
Use Permit Inspection log and letters to permit holders. Planning staff has
been inspecting conditional use permits that have been approved over the
• past three years. Overall, staff has found that compliance has been
somewhat mixed. Letters have been sent informing permit holders of
compliance deficiencies, and letters of thanks for compliance with the
conditions of their permits. Staff has had little response from the letters.
Permit holders have one year to fulfill the conditions of their permit.
