NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR MEETING
OF THE HERITAGE PRESERVATION COMMISSION

I, Joshua Fox, the Heritage Preservation Commission Chair, hereby cancel the regular
meeting of the Heritage Preservation Commission Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
due to a lack of issues requiring action.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Heritage Preservation Commission of the meeting cancellation in writing, at
least one day before the meeting.
