Request
• Guardian Angels of Elk River have requested that their applications be
postponed until the September 23, 1997 Planning Commission meeting.
Guardian Angels are still in the process of revising their plan to conform with
the Shoreland Management Ordinance, as well as other issues raised by city
staff during preliminary meetings.
Recommendation
It is recommended the Planning Commission postpone action on Guardian
Angels of Elk River's application request until the September 23, 1997
Planning Commission meeting.
