Conditional Use Permit and
Preliminary Plat by CPDC,
Public Hearing Case No.'s ZC 97-1,
CU 97-11 and P 97-8
The developers are still in the process of revising their plans and
reconsidering their development proposal. At this point, it does not appear
they will be prepared for the November 25th Planning Commission meeting.
Therefore, it is recommended this item be postponed indefinitely and when
revised plans are submitted, the required public hearing notices will be sent
out again to those affected residents, as well as published in the paper.
Recommendation
It is recommended the applications requested by CPDC be postponed
indefinitely.
