Golf Course) for Conditional Use

CU 97-28
The applicant failed to submit a list of all property owners within 350 feet of
his property and therefore the application has been deemed incomplete. Staff
requested the applicant submit a letter asking to postpone his application
until next month so that proper notification can be mailed. If Mr. Krause
does not ask that his application be postponed, in order to satisfy the state
requirement of taking action on an application within 60 days, it is
recommended that the Planning Commission recommend denial of this
• application.
