Request
The City of Elk River is initiating this rezoning from Rla (Single Family
Residential) to Rte (Single Family Residential).
Location
Approximately 480 acres bounded County Road 12 on the north, Tyler Street
alignment on the west, 175th Avenue on the south and Fillmore Street on the

east.
Issue
This item will be postponed until the December 23rd Planning Commission
meeting. It will be brought forward at that time along with a request to
amend the land use map from LR (Low Density Residential) to MR (Medium
Density Residential).
