Preliminary Plat Approval (Hidden
Creek), Public Hearing Case No.
P 97-17
The applicant did not submit a list of property owners within 350 feet of his
property or pay the application fees. Staff requested the applicant submit a
letter asking to postpone this application until next month so that proper
notification can be mailed and fees paid. It is recommended that this item be
postponed until the December 23rd meeting. This will allow the applicant an
opportunity to make revisions to the plat and so that proper notification can
• be mailed. If Mr. Gracik does not ask that his application be postponed, in
order to satisfy the state requirement of taking action within 60 days, it is
recommended that the Planning Commission recommend denial of this
application.
