SUBJECT: Donation to Elk River Police Department
The Elk River Police Department recently received a donation in the amount of $25.00 from Terry
and Judy Brenteson to be used for National Night Out.
Attached is a resolution acknowledging the Brentesons contribution to the Elk River Police
Department.
Action Requested
It is requested that Mayor and Council adopt the attached resolution acknowledging the monetary
contribution from Terry and Judy Brenteson pursuant to Minnesota State Statute 465.03.

RESOLUTION ACKNOWLiEDGING
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations,
and individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $25.00 donation from Terry and
Judy Brenteson with the intent it be used by the Elk River Police Department
for National Night Out; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River to acknowledge the support and cor' end the Brentesons for
their donation.
