REQUEST
Tobacco license for Beaudry Express
APPLICANT
Joshua Lund
BACKGROUND
Joshua Lund is requesting a license to sell tobacco, tobacco products, and tobacco related
devices at Beaudry Express, 610 Proctor Avenue in Elk River. The applicant has submitted
all of the required application material. The Police Department is in the process of
completing a tobacco compliance check on Mr. Lund.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a tobacco license for Beaudry Express contingent upon a
successful compliance check.
