Background/Discussion
Truck Shop Redevelopment Project
The project real estate transaction has closed, and Blighted Properties Forgivable Loan funds have been
dispersed. The next step is to certify the TIF District with the county. The project will begin construction
within the next month.
Main and Gates Redevelopment Project
Staff continues to negotiate with the owner of the two properties along Main Street.
Jackson Hills Housing TIF Project
The developer is reviewing the development agreement. Once the development is negotiated and
approved by the council, the district will need to be certified with the county and then the project can
commence.
