PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
January 11, 2000 6:30 p.m.
Elk River City Hall — Training Room
I, Thomas Mesich, Planning Commission Chair, hereby request a
special meeting of the Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 11, 2000
at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, Training Room.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct regular Planning Commission
business.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the Planning Commission of this special
• meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.

SUBJECT: January 11, 2000, Planning Commission Special Meeting
Regarding Request by Home Depot for Preliminary Plat
And Conditional Use Permit, Public Hearing Case No.'s
P 99-14 and CU 99-36
Home Depot representatives will be present at the January 11, 2000,
• Planning Commission special meeting to present revised drawings for the
Commission's review.
Staff will not have had an opportunity to review the revised plans prior to the
meeting, so no additional comments are being provided at this time.
If the Planning Commission is comfortable making a recommendation at this
special meeting, they may do so. Or, the preliminary plat and conditional use
can be continued to the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on
Tuesday, January 25, 2000, at 6:30 p.m.
