SUBJECT: Commission Orientation
Staff would like to establish an orientation session with the Commission, the City
Attorney, the City Engineer, and the City Council. This will be a session focused on the
role of the Planning Commission and what to expect during public hearing discussions.
While geared to the three new commissioners, this will be a good refresher course for
the remaining commissioners. We would like to conduct this session on February 14,
2000, a Monday evening.
Please let staff know if you can attend this orientation.
