Discuss Council mission statement and goals.
Background/Discussion
The Council and key staff met on April 30, 2018, to discuss Council goals, develop a mission statement,
review peer city budget and finance information and consider options and strategies to resolve capital
funding concerns for repair/replacement of existing facilities, assets, and vehicles.
The Council will review the work completed and put the finishing touches on their mission statement and
goals. Finance staff will bring back financing strategies at a later date to be considered with the 2019
budget.
