Moved by Councilmember Toth and seconded by Councilmember Engstrom approving
the minutes of the regular meeting ]'/[ay 15, 1978 with the follovving correction
on the second page, first paragraph, should read Lyle S1fJanson, City Engineer
will compute the revised special assessments for the County Auditor. The
minutes then 1frere approved as corrected. Motion unanimously carried by a vote
of 4-0.
Moved by Councilmember Engstrom and seconded by Councilmember Toth approving
the minutes of the Special Council Meeting of May 22, 1978. Motion unanimous-

Vern's Cleaning Service for an additional $25.00 per month to care fDD Library

>-1 during the r:,ay 15, 1978 Council meeting. After some discussion, I!layor
j\Iadsen suggested that COlmcilrllember :Bob Otto and Councilmember Hank Duitsman

Planning Commission asked the Council to consider hiring a full time Building
Inspector and to increase inspection fee's. I;Iayor 11adsen Tecommended that it
be looked into and a study has to lJe made of the neVJ fee schedule and pro-
jection of Plats and building permits, etc. to see ..Ihat our projected income
might 1)e. And to VJai t until 1'ire get our nevI administrator, because 'I'Ve don't
have enough staff at this time and that it \'Jould be considered.
George Adamski met with the Council regarding a zoning change from an R-4
(General lIultiple) to a 1-2 (General Industrial) for an addition to his present
business on Quinn, south si.de of the trac~<s t and to buy the adjoining lot.
It was suggested he appl~Yfor a Variance.
