CONSIDER AGENDA 3. CONSENT AGENDA Considered to be routine and noncontroversial by the Library Board and will be approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a board member, staff or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered under General Business. 3.1 March 27, 2018 Meeting Minutes 3.2 March – April 2018 Revenue and Expense Reports 4. OPEN FORUM An opportunity for residents and guests to provide comments and feedback to the Library Board regarding items not on the agenda. Information provided in Open Forum will not be discussed by the Library Board; rather, the information will be referred to st aff and/or scheduled for discussion at a future meeting. 5.
