Background/Discussion
As requested by the board, hand towel dispensers have been installed in the restrooms along with trash
cans and a hand sanitizer dispenser.
I will be meeting with Perfection Plus the cleaning contractor on Wednesday May 16th to go over the new
contract and to insure that the work they will be doing improves and meets our standards.
Financial Impact
Cleaning contract will increase to $29,880.00 per year
Due to the addition of hand towel dispensers the 2019supply budget will need to be increased $800.00
