SPECIAL COUNCIL I{EETING
July 13, 1978
7:30 P.M.
Members Present: Mayor Madsen, Councilmembers Engstrom, Duitsman, Otto
and Toth. Bob Middaugh was also present.
Moved by Councilmember Duitsman and seconded by Councilmember Engstrom to
grant 17~ per mile to Administrator for milage. Motion unanimousily carried
by a vote of 4-0.
Moved by Councilmember Toth and seconded by Councilmember Otto to pay the
May bill to Action Construction. Motion unanimousily carried by a vote of
4-0.
Numerous other items were also discussed with Bob Middaugh. No action was
taken at this time.
Moved by Councilmember Toth and seconded by Councilmember Otto to adjourn
the meeting. Motion unanimousily carried by a v.o:be of 4-0.
