(This will be$1,425.93 at the 2018 low density rate) Background/Discussion The subject property is north of 165th Avenue along the Fillmore Street alignment (see red dot on Figure 1) and is 40.08 `` acres in size. The proposed plat will consist of two lots. Lot 1 will contain the existing house and be 36.04 acres in size. Lot , A 2 will be a new developable lot and eligible for cashi dedication. The applicant will also be providing a 50 foot Uf" right-of-way (1.54 acres) for 165th Avenue.
