REGULAR SEMI-HONTLY MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF ELK RIVER
HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAHBERS OF THE CITY OFFICE BLDG.
December 5, 1977 at 7:30 P.M.
Members present: Mayor Lundberg, Councilmembers Toth, Otto, and Syring.
The minutes of the November 21. 1977 regular meeting were reviewed, as
there were no additions or corrections the minutes were approved as print-
ed. The minutes of the Special Meeting of November 28, 1977 were reviewed
as there were no additions or corrections the minutes were approved as
printed.
Moved by Councilmember Syring and seconded by Councilmember Toth adopting
~Qrdinance No.15.02 establishing charges for users of the City Wastewater:
Facilities and Ordinance No. 15.03 regulating the use. of public sewers ~
and resending the existing Ordinances Nos. 15.02, 15.03 and 15.04. Motion
". unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0.
Moved by Councilmember Toth and seconded by Councilmember Otto granting
approval to the Anoka-Coon Rapids Golden Gloves Assn. to hold a tournament
in the City of Elk River. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0.
Joe Zerwas and Harold Dobel met "lith the Council regarding the City Dog
Pound. The Council stated that Joe Zerwas would. be. Mr. Dobels supervisor.
Moved by Councilmember Syring and seconded by Councilmember otto approving
the payment request of NDH for the 1977 Street Construction in the amount
of $21,078.05. Motion.\Ulanimously carried by a vote of 4-0.
Moved by Councilmember Otto and seconded by Councilmember Toth approving
the payment requests No.5 Metro Engineering $34,987.99. No.5 Acton
Construction Company $85,808.92 and No.1 A & K Construction $46,970.50.
Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0.
No further business the meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
