Action Requested
Approve,by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the City of Elk River for Elk RiverFest,
scheduled July 7, 2018,with the condition alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with
secured, controlled access and limited to the beer garden and grandstand. Wrist band control is required
for patrons 21 and over.
Background/Discussion
The Parks and Recreation Department submitted application for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License
for Elk RiverFest scheduled July 7, 2018. The beer garden will be open from 5:00 p.m. — 9:00 p.m.,
adjacent to Rivers Edge Commons Park and will be restricted to ages 21 and over.
