Approve,by motion, appointing Deputy Chief of Operations Aaron Surratt to Acting Fire Chief with a
temporary pay adjustment effective June 13, 2018.
Background/Discussion
Following Chief Cunningham's resignation, staff proposes that Deputy Chief of Operations Aaron
Surratt be appointed as Acting Fire Chief to include a temporary pay adjustment of an additional 10%.
Financial Impact
Approximately$385 per bi-weekly pay period.
