Background/Discussion
Truck Shop Redevelopment Project
TIF District #24 has been certified with the county.The project has commenced construction.
Jackson Hills Housing TIF Project
Housing TIF District # 25 has been certified with the county. The project has commenced construction.
Main and Gates Redevelopment Project
Closings are scheduled for July 2, 2018, and August 1, 2018, for 414 Main and 430 Main Street. Staff
continues to negotiate with the remaining property owners.
DT Redevelopment Project
LHB, Inc.was able to inspect all the properties within the proposed Redevelopment TIF District on June
22, 2018. LHB, Inc. will produce an inspection report within the next month.
