Approve,by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the Church of Saint Andrew for September
16, 2018,with the condition alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with secured,
controlled access and age verification is required.
Background/Discussion
The Church of Saint Andrew applied for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for their annual parish
festival on Sunday, September 16, 2018. The event takes place entirely on church property.
