RES 18-42tel+--- City of Elk River ver City Council Resolution 18- 42 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Appointing Election Judges for the 2018 Elections WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 204B.21, the City Council shall officially approve the appointment of election judges; and WHEREAS, the City of Elk River City Council hereby adopts the judges listed on Exhibit A, hereto attached, as the official judges for the August 14, 2018, State Primary, and the November 6, 2018, General Election, with the understanding that changes may be necessary to the appointments in order to fill vacancies and meet party balance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, as follows: that the names listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto, are the official election judges for the City of Elk River State Primary on August 14, 2018, and the General Election on November 6, 2018, and the City Council further authorizes the city clerk to appoint additional judges as needed.
